Shipping & Refund Policies

  • Free Express Shipping for Orders Over $100 AUD

    Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. Most orders will ship out within a business day of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays) however some orders may take 24-48 hours to process.

    Orders below $100 AUD are charged a Flat delivery rate of $12 AUD or Express rate $15 within Australia.

    All orders are sent via Australia Post service to ensure fast and safe delivery to your door. During sale and promotional periods, please allow additional days for processing your order due to high volume of orders.

    Depends on Australia Post how quickly your receive your order. But I’ll do my best for a quick turn around.

  • We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please see our returns policy for details on how to obtain a refund.

    If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: Refunds are only acceptable for products sold through our online store and not for services that have already been used.

    Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Returned items must be unopened, not used and be returned in original product packaging.

    Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

    To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

    Send all items back to us to the address provided after return has been accepted via email.

    Await an email from us confirming the products have arrived safely and next steps to refund your money.

    Additional Information:

    The customer is responsible for any fees returning the goods to us including postage.

    Any lost or damaged returns will need to have an Australia Post lost parcel claim provided.

    We accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.
